Hi my name is Jana Alias Juanita. I'm in spiritual journey for may 5 years but in the breathing I'm new. Actually in routine in general I'm new. I did all ready many breathing sections but NOT in daily basis. I love to feeling my body and mind and to be in a flow state. It's took me some time to get in point when I understund what mI actually have to do. I Sense it, all the time and knew it but I didn't hear it yet from anybody how to actually do it step by step.
