Positioning in a high-demand niche
Hi, I am not totally new to this but I still dont seem to get it. Everywhere everyone talks about demand validation. Thats easy. Then review counts. Also easy. But then what? When both those give you a green light you are still totally undifferentiated. How do you set yourself apart via your positioning? Because even if your cover is great and your value stack is awesome then you are just positioned like many others. Or is that enough? If not then how do you pick an angle? Thanks

I assume you use publishflow if you're part of this group right? I could explain a few ways to do it but the positioning tool literally does it for you. try researching a bunch of different niches and see what the positioning tool outputs, then you will start to learn what good positioning concepts are just from examples
Always back up your manuscript while working
Hey everyone, just a word of caution to always back up your manuscript on Google Docs or any other program. I've encountered the following issues recently: 1. I asked the AI writing assistant to suggest a change for a certain section and it went ahead and rewrote the entire chapter, when I tried undoing it, the software froze after a few clicks, so I had to reopen the tab and the change was irreversible. 2. I was working on my manuscript doing chapter by chapter generations and edits. Once I eventually got to Chapter 6, the software wrote it, but also deleted all my previous chapters. Has anyone else encountered these issues? Is it perhaps better to generate the entire manuscript before editing? Thanks all.

@Andrey Bernhart Yes, Roman was able to restore my deleted chapters and also made sure my unused Visuals credits from last month rolled over. Thank you guys so much!
Search feature
Wondering if there is currently a way to search within the writing tool? Or, should I just ask the assistant to do that? Ima go try that, brb....

@Tina Stewart Did the writing assistant tell you where it was located? lol that's cool. I do agree though I think a search feature would be good to have eventually
