Roast Yourself?
Want a roast without getting burnt? I used Claude to take our entire Cult Creators methodology and turn into an "audit" that you can score yourself on. It's a well cooked roast that won't burn your fingers. Just an awareness of the good things you've created and the gaps you've still got to fix. At the bottom is your score. It will tell you if you're a "common community", or a "cool kids club" or "a Customer Cult" It's in Beta right now... But would love to see how y'all score on it. @Sara Borgstede is leading with 94%! 🔥🔥🔥 >> click here to score yourself And also would love a roast on this tool. Quizzes are a great way we've used to "teach" people that they need our method, so we thinks that this will make it even more legit. Thanks fam, Happy Friday!

🏆 How to get the second pined post with your links!
So you know that the first pined post is dedicated to the Roaster of the Week, who gets to stay there for a whole week. Starting next monday, there will be a place for a second pined post bellow the Roaster of the Week one. To get this spot you need to be the top 1 member in the 7 day leaderboards. You will stay with a pined post with your links untill someone passes you. Here is how it will work: - Everyday in the morning I'll check the top one member. If it stays the same from the previous day the post stays there. If not, it gets replaced. So everyone has a chance if they engage for 7 straight days. - People who spam low quality posts will get a warning and be disqualified. So don't spam gifs or nonsence. I'll check that. - If you are already the Roaster of the Week and the top 1 at the same time, I'll give the spot to the second place. So now you can be at the top and be rewarded by not just giving quality roasts but also staying here and adding value in a consistent way. I'll also make the titles of both pined posts more appealing so you can get more clicks!

Okay, for context we focus on building communities for tribal belonging since that's how humans are wired. So based on that filter... - your demographic is busy skool owners, your testimonials and your own story are students - different identities with different goals but both with time constraints so that's the real identity / positioning here - you have a pretty specific destination for what they can achieve - confident shirtless, I think this would be a better name than Fit Skool which sounds too similar to other coaches like yourself - your unique mechanism for what you do to achieve the result is Pareto Protocol so that is something to differentiate you from the rest but there's no explanation of what that means for them (people need certainty in the plan to see if they believe in themselves to achieve the result) - there's no enemy / values / beliefs that speak to who your tribe is made for (other than Skoolers with a penis and a tight schedule) - there's no path to get them the result you promise in 90 days - there's a 7 day plan and a Time Efficient Workout but it feels incomplete (which creates doubt in the subconscious) - your value stack sounds like stuff they get access to, not a transformational plan for them to follow to achieve the 90 day goal But congrats on the 794 members! You're doing enough right 🥳🤙
make a good roast 🔥comes as a sandwich 🥪
are you scared that your roasts will make people feel offended? scared that they might be burnt to a crisp? so it feels safer that you compliment their posts anyway. Your compliment may encourage your roastee lots, but they may find themselves looking for ways to improve their skool. so how do you make good roast? a good roast 🔥comes as a sandwich 🥪 it's called the sandwich method. this is the same technique i been using since high school to critique my peers work to find missed points and clarity without hating each other the next second. this is how you do the sandwich method. compliment roast compliment easy, right? first: you compliment what they did right, something you noticed they put alot of effort in and paid off. i.e. "you rock your hairstyle, it matches your skool vibe!!" second: the meat of the compliment, the MOST important of the sandwich. a bread sandwich sucks! so the roast inside is cooked. i.e. "I would like more information about what you did that made you an award-winning designer" --we are not overcooking the meat into charcoal. DON'T say "you have no evidence of being successful" HIGHLY recommended to add a sauce (the example) i.e. "for example, something like a badge from a design show will show proof that you are a award-winning designer" third: compliment something else you noticed. make it open ended, thank them for sharing their time. they put alot of effort into their post! i.e. "you have a great future with your skool! thank you for sharing, Let me know if this helped i am looking forward to see your skool again" putting it all together: Good roast sandwich: "you rock your hairstyle, it matches your skool vibe! I would like more information about what you did that made you an award-winning designer for example, something like a badge from a design show will show proof that you are a award-winning designer. you have a great future with your skool! thank you for sharing, Let me know if this helped i am looking forward to see your skool again"

🔥Roast my DM onboarding
This is how I DM new members. Do you like how I do it? How would you do differently? 🔴 If they're offline - 1st message: Hey [name]. Welcome to my community. I'm very glad to have you here! - 2nd message: you can already submit a roast request or check this post to get situated and introduce yourself: https://www.skool.com/roast-promote-5332/community-playground. Let me know if you have any questions. - 3rd message: your [community, website, social profile - depending on what you have] are all fit for roasting in separate posts! 🟢 If they're online - 1st message: Hey [name]. Welcome to my community. How are you? - Develop a conversation, ask about their community, pain points and etc. Try to guide them in a personalized way to better use my community and maybe pitch premium/ vip. - If they dont answer I follow the offline script.

@Eric William I agree with you, but I agreee with @Paulo Costa, The Roaster that yours does sound like ChatGPT wrote it. Which is just as offensive as not changing the default script... But we can all agree personality > robots.
