Intensity Nausea
Hi guys, bit of an odd one but just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this and if they have any tips. So when running in particular I will be feeling good but when I near the end and full on sprint to the finish point… as soon as I stop I feel very sick (doubled over heaving like I’m going to throw up). I try to really focus on deep breaths afterwards and it goes away after a little while but was just wondering why and if it’s a common thing? I assume the more I train at that intensity the more used to it my body will become but it definitely isn’t the nicest feeling 💔😅 Anyone else? x

Few questions. Did you take supplements first? Fasted cardio? The only reason I ask that is bc I have had that happen to me as well but normally it’s only after I’ve taken my supplements on an empty stomach.

@Morgan Baker ok. I guess the only other thing I’d ask is how hard are you pushing yourself? Any chance of slowing the pace until your body gets accustomed to it? Are you doing intervals?

For me it’s a balance of nutrition and consistency. I find some weeks I’m really good but it’s so easy to fall off
Training splits 🤔
How many days per week does everyone typically workout? I typically train 5 to 6 days 💪

Currently 3 or 4 times a week. Trying to push to 5/6 times.
