For me, i just completed my 50th workout, hot loads of personal bests too, starting to feel much better fitness wise. Consistency is key!

What everyone's opinion on Pilates for weight loss on the side of RRF course?

Go for it, helps with flexibility plus any extra movement would help burn calories.

How many days per week does everyone typically workout? I typically train 5 to 6 days 💪
