Finally, Finally closed the first deal! Took 5 months and about 30K calls but id do it all over again. Time to become more efficient and take what I learned to get more. Locked up at $120k, Assigned for $170k, JV'd it and made $30k.

My buyer needs either existing parks, or enough land to build one. North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and maybe Florida if the deal is right. Creative finance: $1-3 million Traditional: $1.5 million Send em on over! Let’s make some $$$$$!

I was focusing on wholesaling real estate and land a bit too much and got caught at the office, and now I am unemployed… it’s probably better this way. I need to make money like yesterday though.
