@Lars Juschka That’s a great point — if you’re still tied to checking emails every time, you haven’t really reduced the “mental load” of monitoring. A smarter automation would be to: - Set up triggers with conditions (e.g., only alert me if a new row meets X criteria, like “status = approved” or “amount > $500”). - Instead of an email, push a Slack/Discord/WhatsApp notification — quicker to see, less clutter than inbox. - Or better yet, create a daily/weekly digest where all updates are bundled and sent at once, instead of being pinged every single time. That way you’re not just moving the problem from “check Google Sheets” → “check email.” You’re actually designing the automation to remove busywork completely. 🚀
