Finding more time!
Are you struggling to find time for things that are important? ⏰ 🧐 Jesus and I have been through similar struggles, and although we haven’t figured out the ‘perfect’ recipe, we have learned a few things which we want to share. In this informal chat, we talk about how things like energy and environment, as well as character and personality play a role. We discuss too, the importance of deciding ‘why’ the important thing (career, health goals, relationships, etc.) is significant to you, and the importance of structure. Jesus and I have made a few changes in our routine to make space for things that we think are important, and these include getting up early, before work and life takes over our day, and breaking larger goals into progressive smaller goals, step-by-step, one day at a time, mini achievements that boost our self-confidence and release hormones that reward us, AND help us feel like we are making progress toward something that matters to us. Please share your tips and tricks on time management. What do you do to achieve goals, or what is something that you want to try?

What usually helps is treating time like an energy problem before a calendar problem. If training, sleep, and food prep already have fixed slots, everything else gets easier to protect. Most people are not missing motivation. They are missing two or three non-negotiable anchors that stop the week from getting eaten alive.
WELCOME
Welcome! Introduce yourself and share a health goal you have. Let's get to know each other. You can say this: Hi, I'm from ___. For fun, I enjoy ___. My top health goal is ___.

Best move for most people is making the first few weeks boring and measurable. Lock in training frequency, steps, protein, sleep, and a couple of recovery markers, then review after two weeks instead of adjusting every few days. That usually reveals the real bottleneck much faster.
Are you investing in PEPTIDE products? 🤔
Do you buy products containing peptides? 🤔 So many of us are purchasing beauty products that have peptides, and my question is, how do I know if the peptides are in fact adding value to my serum, face cream (or other product)? These products can be a higher financial investment, so what are they doing, and what else should I know about peptides? Jesus and I discussed this in our most recent livestream, where I quizzed him of the where peptides come from, and which are most effective for the purposes of supporting things like the production of collagen and elastin, accelerating healing and other similar functions which peptides are known for. It turns out that peptides are derived from plant sources, animal sources, and lab made. Only one of these is really effective but the most effective isn’t adding peptides, but rather activating our own peptides within our body. More details coming soon. Jesus and I are launching our method, focused on healing and strength training. To get access and work with us one-on-one, comment WAITLIST and we'll connect with you directly. We’re launching soon!

Best filter is whether the product tells you the exact peptide, the amount, and what evidence exists for topical use in that context. "Contains peptides" by itself is marketing, not information. If the label hides the dose or only leans on before-and-after claims, I would be cautious paying the premium.
Peptide types
What TYPE of peptides are you using? My face serum contains peptides, but Jesus explains here that the technology on his hand functions differently. Rather than ‘add’ plant or animal- based (or lab made) peptides to his body, he’s activating his own peptides using this wearable technology. Jesus adds that the technology activates peptides using a very specific frequency, and it’s essentially a reflection device of his own light and heat. The interesting thing about this method of working with peptides is that our body recognizes and responds immediately to activation (not true of the plant based peptides) - The wearable tech helps your body start creating its own elastin, collagen, repair and regenerative functions as soon as it’s near your skin, and you’re not left guessing whether your body recognizes or uses the peptides. After 18 months using the peptide tech, my family and I have healed shoulder joints and lifted dropping jawlines (due to injuries and ageing). The collagen increase and accelerated healing has created such a difference in our lives that Jesus and I will be including the peptide activation in our method. We’re taking a waitlist, and launching very soon! Comment WAITLIST to work with us one-on-one. Link to full livestream below.

Useful distinction. A lot of things get called peptides even though the mechanism is completely different. I would separate topical/cosmetic use, injectable signaling, and devices that claim activation effects, then ask what is actually measurable over the next 2 to 4 weeks instead of treating them like the same category.

Do you get pollen allergies?
Question for you? Do you get pollen allergies every spring? 🤧 What do your symptoms look like? Do you get blocked sinuses or itchy eyes? Or do you experience frequent sneezing or inflammation in the head (feeling sluggish) where you can’t focus well? Let us know too, whether you are taking pills, homeopathic remedies or something else to get through the pollen season, and what is working for you? Jesus and I have finally found something that works for me (I suffer every May~ late June, and have had allergies since I was a kid). It’s a relief to have something that works because we work right through the season, and prefer not to take time off. In this livestream, Jesus and I are sharing what sparked our interest in learning about health and sharing what we know. You can see the complete replay here. When pollen is high, I usually think in terms of total inflammation load, not just sneezing. Saline rinse, shower after being outside, keep the bedroom air clean, and be willing to pull training intensity down a notch if sleep or breathing is getting hit. A lot of people push through it and then wonder why recovery suddenly feels worse.
