I was making dinner this evening marveling at this little pot we own. We use it for 90% of our meals. Rice, oats, ramen, heating bone broth or leftovers, etc. Perfect size for making food for 2. I love this little thing. Having the right tools just makes cooking that much easier and enjoyable.

Just finished a 72 hour water fast! The worst part was the anticipation, but after the first day I felt pretty good. It was helpful to take electrolytes. And asking ChatGPT what was happening to my body throughout the fast was motivating. Good luck to everyone who participates in a few weeks!
