Quick overview of what I’m building: Traffic comes in from ads → lands on a landing page → the visitor fills out a form. From there, HubSpot handles the automation: • Email is sent automatically about 1 minute after form submission • SMS follows shortly after. • A notification is sent to the business owner so they can act fast The goal is simple: fast follow-up, no missed leads, and a smooth experience for the visitor.
