Strengthening that pipeline is really where the long-term wins start stacking. Most agents focus only on getting more leads, but half the battle is making sure the ones you already touched don’t slip through cracks… that’s where a simple, well-organized CRM setup can quietly double your flow over time. What’s been your process so far? Are you mainly working fresh leads, or do you have a system that keeps old conversations warm and brings them back around?
