Post Your Problems Here
Hello DIY Crew,👋 This is a space for you to tell us problems you're having! Although it is meant for problems you're having with tech (AI Automation), feel free to post other problems (like business problems).👨‍💻👩‍💻 The goal is to get them solved. If I don't know the solution, perhaps someone else does. 🦾 Thank you, Fausto

@Fausto Rodriguez For the purpose of this example let’s use $1m annual revenue with a modern (not yet Ai enabled) end-to-end sales process that has been sufficient to achieve $1m, but without a marketing engine that will support the additional skilled labor required to breakthrough the $1m scaling wall

@Fausto Rodriguez Wow! You are sharing some "growth gold" here Fausto!
Why I created DIY AI:
Today a lot of the AI communities and creators create resources for AI AGENCIES to make and SELL automations, This community is intended to show business owners of VARIOUS INDUSTRIES do the implementation themselves. This: - Saves money - Removes a 3rd party (AI agency) - Levels up your skill set - Tech ownership from the get go - Could speed up project completion… Agencies are good but you don’t always have to hire. There are times you should and times when you could do it yourself!

@Fausto Rodriguez I'd love to get your take on Ai integration and augmentation in the constructions Trades. Specifically, what are your thoughts on the best way forward for small - medium size residential remodel and retrofit Contractors who do not have the time, knowledge base or interest to dig into Ai themselves? Looking forward to this conversation!

@Fausto Rodriguez That’s all good stuff! Thanks for the tips!
Busy
Still tied down to work and other time commitments but would love to be regularly active here. Business owners are still unaware of the leverage they have available.

@Fausto Rodriguez What leverage is that, Fausto!?
2026: The Shift from Chatbots to Autonomous Systems
The "experimental" phase of AI has ended. For business owners, the mandate has shifted from mere curiosity to quantifiable ROI through autonomous execution. News Update • The ROI Mandate: Market demand has pivoted from LLM "outputs" to verified financial "payback" and operational efficiency. • Agentic Dominance: AI systems now execute multi-step workflows across platforms (Email, CRM, ERP) with minimal human routing. • Proprietary Knowledge: Success in 2026 relies on private RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) layers that protect your unique SOPs from public model training. • Technical Accessibility: New models like Claude 4.5 have significantly lowered the coding barrier, allowing non-technical founders to architect complex agentic systems. The Architecture Gap If you are still manually prompting, you are a consumer. To lead, you must become a Systems Architect.
