Thanks for the invite @Austin Marvel. As I look to my family's long-term goals, I see the need to understand the land investor space. Investing from an eco-system standpoint, land acquisition, sub-divide, capital raise, develop, sell, (so many ways to organize). I'm new to the space but eager to learn.
