Retatrutide
I have done about 3 weeks of retatrutide, and I have not felt this appetite suppression people are talking about like “forcing themselves to eat” I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or what the problem is.

My experience is the exact opposite. I’m on week three and I’m down almost 20lbs. I’m actually going to back my dosage down next week to 1mg twice per week. This week I upped to 2mg twice per week and my energy tanked because it’s impossible to get enough calories in.
SS-31 and MOTS-C dosage and cycle?
I've been reading various information on MOTS-C, and the one thing I have found is that a cycle of SS-31 should be done first. The thing I cannot narrow down is how to go about this. One thing I read suggests one approach, and another suggests a different one, so I’m looking to the group for guidance on how long to take SS-31, the dosage, and how long and how frequently to take both SS-31 and MOTS-C.

@Derek Pruski 5mg daily for 2-4 weeks? Then 1mg of Mots c daily?
Reta and lethargy
Ok so what is everyone doing for lethargy on Reta? My biggest issue is in the gym. Even with pre workout I find my energy tanking pretty quickly. I like to train heavy with volume and intensity but lately about half way through a good session I can feel my energy levels drop significantly. I still push through but I can see it possibly stalling my progress in the gym a bit.

Did any newbies to this pep have days on/off? Or EVERYDAY? Cycle? I like slow and steady to anything new, looking for suggestions.

I’ve been doing 1gr daily for 10 days on and a few days off for a few weeks. Inflammation is better than it’s ever been for me. I am going to add higher daily doses of straight BPC in the evening post workout.
