Is healing different for everyone❓
YES, is the short answer. We all have different circumstances to heal from and we all have a different end point to get to. What this means to me is how dare we judge others for not being as far along as us or criticize ourselves for not being as far along as others. There can be similarities like realizations, enlightenment and a deeper understanding of ourselves. The capacity per person is not all the same. One of the beliefs that I am currently working on better understanding is that everybody who has been through hard times has a depth that if others have not struggled don’t have. When you explore your emotional range I think that allows certain parts of your mind to be exercised. What do you think about achieving intellectual and emotional depth? Is it through overcoming struggles or can it be also when living a life of ease?

Hi Caitlin, You are right, we all heal at our own pace. The journey of another is theirs. As far as a life of ease, I can only hope that this person has already learned the lessons that afforded them such a life. The lessons they chose to learn in this life will be different, not better, just different. Intellectual depth is not wisdom, wisdom is achieved after ‘“integration’” of the knowledge that has been learned. With Love, Mike
The Walk within
The hardest journey is the one within, but it is also the most rewarding. Because when you find you, you find peace. When you find you, you find purpose. And when you find you, you realize that nothing and no one can take that away

@Bibiana Nuñez Hi Bibiana, You are an inspiration to me, and the Love that you are is eternal. Thank you for sharing your journey. With Love, Mike
Perfectly imperfect!
So stop trying to hide your imperfections. Instead, let your flaws show the strength of your journey. Because healing isn’t about painting over it’s about embracing what made you who you are.

I remember in 1982, it seemed like everyone was installing phones in their cars. I wanted one but I was just out of college and had no money. I did have an old house phone that I kept in my car so that I would look important. It worked well until, someone asked me if they could use it to make a call.

@Moya Rang I did get a phone in my car before you received a license to drive. lol
What masks have you worn in your life that you’re ready to take off?
For years, I wore the mask of “the strong one.” I smiled, helped others, and pretended I had it all together even when I was breaking inside. That mask kept me safe, but it also kept me from being real. I’ve since learned that true strength isn’t pretending it’s giving myself permission to be seen, flaws and all. We all wear masks strength, perfection, people-pleasing that protect us but also hide us. Taking them off is where freedom and real healing begin.!! What mask are you ready to lay down today? Share it in the comments your honesty may give someone else the courage to do the same.

When I was 16, I thought that I was the smartest, funniest. Coolest dude ever to walk the earth. I smoked pot, I was in control. Then at a party some senior, pulled out a joint laced with angel dust. After a couple hits, I was told that it was laced. I lost my mojo, It took me years to heal from that experience, and though I have a sense of peace about my experience, the innocence I had, has never come back.

Birthday
Today I celebrate another year of life, and my heart is full of gratitude. 🙏🏾 I honor every step it took to get here the courage, the self-respect, the wisdom, the peace, the understanding, and the bold choices I made to stand in my truth. This journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced rejection, betrayal, obstacles, and loss yet I’m still here, rising. I know now that nothing in my life has been wasted. Every moment, even the painful ones, has been divinely aligned with me, for me. Nothing has ever truly happened to me everything has happened for me. 💫 And so I walk into this next year of my life with love in my heart, clarity in my mind, and a spirit that is unshakable. I am proud of who I’ve become and excited for all that is unfolding. Here’s to a new chapter written with purpose, boldness, and divine alignment. 🕊️✨

I am a soul that has surrounded itself with souls that struggle with being separated from the energy of Source. I now seek freedom.
