Most of you already know Tim Whitman (because let’s be real, he’s in here more than the admins), but for those who don’t know me yet — I’m Josh. I’ve been in real estate for 21 years, own a mortgage company, flip homes in Southern California, and still take on clients with every real estate need I can help them with. My goal is to not be in the day-to-day trenches, but to provide you guys with those leads so I could do more stuff like this. I started this community because I wish something like this existed when I was coming up — a place where agents could get real advice, support, and opportunities to grow.
