quick update. i've been contacted by Skool team for feedback on the new feature. here is my reply (IF YOU WANT ME TO PASS ALONG ANY OTHER COMMENTS, LET ME KNOW): i have 3 major concern with the new feature: 1. i think ppl should be free to use it or not. and when they decide not to use it, it seems unfair to downgrade/discriminate them in the Discovery and Search. Also, it seems like paid groups will get better visibility vs free groups - that's also not fair. 2.i invest lot of time building "personal brand" on Skool - posting, commenting, teaching, presenting, networking in other communities. again, it seems unfair to pay Skool 30%, when people join my community because of my direct efforts. so, i believe, ppl joining from my profile or other communities should not be "taxed" at 30%. maybe, the way around it is introducing "owner's referral code". 3.this one is probably the biggest. i don't like to see comments being closed on posts. and in general, the way it was rolled out does not feel good. i choose to believe you are trying to do the good thing, and trying to take care of us. but i believe we should have a say in such major update - it's changing the rules of the whole game. and right now it feels like "take it or f*ck off" (see point 1).

last couple of days were brutal. - first, the news about "Growth Boost" function (do not get me started) - then, tomorrow's debate being on a brink of complete failure (it will happen, but it took some effort) - and now, i got this member 🤦🏻‍♀️ from "Skool network" - ALFA MALE IN 30 DAYS, really?! it was the last straw. can i just go and scream, like really, really loud?? to be back, a nice happy smiling Lidia after that ps this is your permission to vent. no judgement pss ppl like this, get banned right away, no explanation. you can do that too.

In April, I did a crazy experiment (as always) - a community crawl. It's like a pub craw, but with the communities. We've grown with new members. We learnt about each other. We got gifts. We had fun. It was AMAZING! (see some feedback in the photos, pls) LET'S DO IT AGAIN. This weekend, I am running a Female Community Crawl. Same rules. FEMALE communities ONLY. - if you have a community for women - if you want more members - if you available this weekend to meet & greet new members (and support other crawl participants) - if you have some sort of gift (optional) IMPORTANT: Your community must be free/ freemium/ or have 7-day FREE trial to participate. When I planned the Community Clinic & Mastermind, I did not know, that my husband (Alex) needs an urgent heart surgery. Now, I had an option to cancel everything. Or to push through without telling anyone like a martyr. I choose different. I choose to keep going, but also to share this with you. What that means for you/ for this space? The next week might be hectic for me - jumping between the house, and the hospital, and the community. And I am asking for your help - to keep this place alive. Please - like, comment, post (do not wait for me) - continue with the hackathon lessons to build your own communities (this is most important) - support each other - when questions are asked (cause I might not be available) Also, I might not be able to respond to your DM/post/comment right away.
