The Time Of The 2. Session
Hey Sprinters! The next session will be interactive, we will practice a thought process about whole foods. I think this will be very good. Some of you are already knows a couple of things about this, but this is always a good practice. Since this will be interactive I would like to see at least 4-5 people in the live call, so I want to host it in a time where most of you can join. You can choose the day and the time too. I had a great call with @Krisztián Nagy last night. His discovery was really valuable, he took the time to unravel a block I thought was about training or food… But it wasn’t. It led to a powerful shift in how I see and discern people. Super grateful 🙏

What is the best protein? 🤔
Well well well. I will let you think about this, before I spoil the joke, hopefully I’ll write enough character so you have to open the post before you would see the answer: There is no single “best protein”, just like there is no “best diet”. Amino acids are grouped into 3 general categories: - Non-essential amino acids: We can make some amino acid in our body, so we don’t have to eat them. - Essential amino acids: We need to get them from food, because we can’t make these ourselves. - Conditionally essential amino acids: We can make these ourselves, but not always effectively. Having extras around helps us rebuild tissues when those tissues are damaged The lesson of this is to keep protein sources as diverse as possible. How diverse is your protein sources? 🤔 Do you take attention to this or this goes “naturally” for you?

@Krisztián Nagy oh i use a very good whey protein powder in the morning … what plants are protein ? Tofu

@Krisztián Nagy I am not very good with legumes, my body finds it hard to digest, yes i hear you, I do use cottage cheese, I am gluten intolerant and dairy intolerant, so digesting is hard. so hence the protein powder
