Informations about the Sprint! It will be a live event with: - Weekly live calls and - Weekly personalized support Since it has personalization the maximum number of participants is 20 member. This event is for people who failed every diet before, but finally wants to lose weight for this summer without counting calories or living in the gym. As earlier with the proteins list, think of it like a buffet: Take what you like, and leave the rest! 1. Plant-based - Avocado and avocado oil - Cacao (dark chocolate) - Cold-pressed nut and seed oils - Fresh coconut and coconut oil - Nuts and seeds - Nut and seed butters - Olives and extra virgin olive oil 2. Animal-based - Aged cheese - Butter - Cream - Egg yolks -Higher-fat animal based proteins: - Fattier cuts of beef and pork - Fattier cuts of lamb and mutton - Fattier cuts of poultry - Fattier fish (e.g., salmon or herring) - Higher-fat dairy - Whole eggs 3. Well well well. I will let you think about this, before I spoil the joke, hopefully I’ll write enough character so you have to open the post before you would see the answer: There is no single “best protein”, just like there is no “best diet”. Amino acids are grouped into 3 general categories: - Non-essential amino acids: We can make some amino acid in our body, so we don’t have to eat them. - Essential amino acids: We need to get them from food, because we can’t make these ourselves. - Conditionally essential amino acids: We can make these ourselves, but not always effectively. Having extras around helps us rebuild tissues when those tissues are damaged The lesson of this is to keep protein sources as diverse as possible. How diverse is your protein sources? 🤔 Do you take attention to this or this goes “naturally” for you?
