I seen this in another community. Interesting statistics. In 1950 only 7% of women did this. Today, about 75% of women do this. What is it?

Instead of my normal posts of story and wisdom. How about you share some of your flair and wisdom with us? What has been fabulous in your life this week, or of late? We would love to hear. If you happen to be one of the people that have been struggling lately, know it's OK, but also know you get to have the power to shift it. Starting with GRATITUDE, what is one thing you can be grateful for to be, have, witness, or experience? Anything at all, but don't just name it; sit in it and feel into the gratitude. This is where the shift happens in our physiology, our feelings, and our thinking.
