I'm excited to share with all of you some big changes coming to the Rainbow Path. Over the spring equinox weekend - March 20-22- I will be rolling out a new format with a free trial membership. This will coincide with an exciting healing challenge open to all members. For all existing members nothing will change with your membership. The Shaman's Journey materials are ready and I know many of you have asked about this training. And I'm overdue with existing premium members with this training. So it's ready and I'll post the dates for live training later this week. Thank you for your patience. If you're looking for something in particular let me know. This is a Welcome Orientation for all here at the Rainbow Path. For all new members, and those of you who've been here since we started - I recommend a listen to this orientation as we begin our work moving into a deeper healing practice for ourselves. I thank you for your support and commitment to your healing path. Weekly Practice Feb 22-28 This week's practice is what I call Name It and Claim It. Practice this simple affirmation in the morning and the evening and throughout the day as you need it It goes like this Place one hand on your heart place the other hand on your solar plexus or over your belly button My name is (your name) I am a Healer. I claim my healing gift. I humbly give thanks to (spirit/creator/the Divine/the light) for the opportunity to walk this path in this life. And so it is. Repeat throughout the day as needed Please make a comment on this thread each day this week that simply says “I Claim It”

That's spiritual bypassing. And it's keeping you stuck. I know because I used to repeat pretty affirmations all day long. I had the mantras, the words, even the feelings...but no change happened because I was still not claiming my power and owning who I was. Why? Because I had not dealt with my shadow and old patterns directly and honestly. Real transformation isn't about pretending your shadow doesn't exist It's about facing the parts of yourself you've rejected ⬇️ - The rage you've been taught to suppress - The shame you carry in silence - The grief you're afraid will swallow you whole - The fear that drives every decision - The darkness that makes you feel "not spiritual enough" We're not doing any spiritual cover up here! We do the real work. Effective and real shadow integration practices will make peace with ALL of you. When we use the shaman's journey we heal and retrieve lost parts of your soul When we engage in deep ancestral healing we heal any shame you inherited When we honor and love the rage we heal that rage and release old wounds When we give gratitude for grief in ceremony, we honor what we've lost You might not believe it yet - but your shadow holds your power. Your wound carries your medicine. Your darkness is part of your light. Together we learn to stop rejecting and to start integrating. We are moving forward as the healers we are called to be. I honor your commitment and promise to do my best to help you answer the call. 💜
