@Fareed Abedini I have a realtor/teacher here in Mississippi that owns a lake house. She mentioned it to my buisness partner when he was explaining how he just started a buisness for Airbnbs. She said she wants to do that with the lake house but she doesn't know where to start. So my question is, how do I approach her with this since it's not being rented out, she owns it, and as far as I know she's not paying a mortgage on it. She is also hard to stay in contact right now being a realtor/teacher with school ending. I don't have an address for it to even look to see if it would be worth it. I want to get some good info to her now to get her on the hook If you know what I mean. Or, should I let her get the Airbnb going and manage it for her? 🤔
