Today I produced 4 shorts, a long form piece of content, and wrapped up a closing. The goal was to add to our courses here, but after a long week, I needed time to myself, and the wife. We cannot neglect our own lives in chase of development. We must also love ourselves along the way 😃

Business never stops, does it? And quite frankly, until you get to the point where you can hire because you have so much work lined up, we gotta just suck it up lol. But here are the top 3 ways I’ve learned how to spend my weekends to keep my sanity… 1 - Invest your time into courses and conversations with those who mentor you. Use it as a time of reflection, so that you come into the next week with clarity. Try to find 3 things to improve from the last week. 2 - Keep your phone on you if you must for work, but spend the time with family. Go to church, grab a bite, divert your focus from the bigger ticket items within the biz. Revelations come when the brain isn’t fixated on trying to find a solution under pressure anyways. 3 - Clean your space, this is huge for me because my desk looks like it belongs to a mad man at the end of every week. But clean your space for your own sanity. This is just how I spend time Sunday all things considered to keep peace with God, my lady, self, family, and everyone in between.
