Workouts
Hi Drew, started doing your movement workouts again this last week. Before that been poorly, so haven’t done anything. But I have missed it because I have noticed how stiff I have become. So Thank you and keep up the good work.
General
Hi Drew, I would like to say I really appreciate what you do, most mornings I wake up stiff and slightly low mood, but once I have done one of you 10 min movement sessions I am feeling more flexible and smiling. So Thank you and please do not give up what you do, I am sure you bring happiness too many.
Monthly challenges
Good morning Drew, I have noticed your doing another 28 day challenge if you are going to do one a month can you put it down as September challenge and October challenge please instead of saying 28 day challenge. Then people can follow by the month. Thank you. Enjoying your challenges every morning once I have done my 2x 10 min exercises I feel totally different from when I got up, it makes me feel happy and alive.

Drew hopper, I would like to thank you for your everyday Energy I have just finished Day 19 and each day I do your movements it gives me energy and inspiration to keep moving and it gives me a positive mind again thank you and just keep the movements coming.
