@Aliyah Small I’m working on making this easier by simplifying the process instead of trying to do everything at once. For SOPs, I’m breaking them down into small, step-by-step tasks based on daily activities, so it’s more practical and easier for the team to follow. I’m also focusing on consistency by using a simple template for every SOP so nothing gets missed. On the marketing side, I’m keeping things clear and targeted defining my audience, highlighting what makes my service different, and showing real value instead of overcomplicating the message. What’s been helping me is starting small, testing what works and improving as I go rather than waiting for everything to be perfect
