Childcare Center Possibility
OMG! I might have a childcare center with children from 10 weeks. There are 100 kids but I have no idea what to do with babies who can not hold their had up. Any suggestions?

I use a backdrop then when the babies come in, I use a fluffy rug with a boppy pillow underneath them. If the babies are no having it, I will have the teacher/aid hold the baby up over their shoulder, then crop them in. The parents are happy with this as well. They seem to understand sometimes the babies just aren't in the best mood. šŸ˜†
Candid Preschool Galleries?
Hi, I have a school that I currently run fall photo days. I've been trying to get them to book a spring photo day, but they are interested in doing candid photos of the kiddos playing rather than posed images. Has anyone done something like this? Is it worth the work and time to invest? Also, how would I keep the kiddos organized into their galleries? Or would you just dump all of the images into a job for the parents to see all the photos and choose what they want? I am a Got Photo user and use Entagged, to tag the kiddos when I take their photos, so facial recognition won't work for me. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Any feedback on this one? Or is it just not doable?
Outdoor Photo Day - Preparing for Weather
How do you manage an outdoor photo day if the weather isn't good? I prefer indoor sessions especially living far west of Chicago, the weather is cold for a very long time in the spring and it can change suddenly. I have a preschool asking for an outdoor session and asked if they would change it to indoors if the weather is bad. My thought is that I can't keep leaving dates open for a different date just in case. That would mess up my calendar and booking schedules. Any insight on this would be appreciated. I may be overthinking, but I want to be prepared. Thanks!

@Lauryn Moore Thank you Lauryn. Any concerns about them canceling the photo day if you can't have it outside? I'd hate for them to scrap the day because we can't be outside.

@Julie Jacob Thank you Julie. I do have a white tent and was thinking I could use it as a skim. I'd have to plan the placement in advance. I was hoping to get this preschool on my March schedule, but I think I may be better off waiting to do an early June session. I will brainstorm this more with the Director. I appreciate the insight and advice.
Cryer Card
I couldn't get Canva to work for me. You can all laugh, it's okay! LOL! My son created a version of the Cryer Card using Lauryn's text with my branding. I really like the notebook paper background, but I don't think it's available in the free version of Canva. I am going to order these cards along with my post cards through Signs 365. I am grateful for all the help on this site Lauryn!

Post Card Creation
Hi! I've created a postcard using your, (Lauryn's) postcard as a starting point and reference. Can I get anyone's input please? Thanks!
