@Cindy Bennett Hi! You can usually find Ciska’s pinned posts at the top of her profile or within the relevant community/group, depending on where you’re accessing them from. Have you already checked her profile and the main community feed, or are you having trouble locating the pinned section altogether? @Claudina Hafenscher It sounds like you've done everything correctly, so hopefully it's just a small sync issue. Have you checked whether your LinkedIn account is still properly connected to VANX and whether the post appears under your scheduled or published posts in the dashboard? Sometimes reconnecting the account or refreshing the integration can solve it. Just out of curiosity, when you click on the published post in VANX, does it provide a direct LinkedIn post URL, or does it only show it as published within the platform? That detail might help narrow down where the issue is. I'm sure you'll get it sorted out soon looking forward to seeing your posts go live!
