🚨 The 3 Reasons Your Community Won't Convert (And the 5 Levers That Fix It)
If you've been showing up, posting consistently, and your community still feels quiet... this post is for you. Here's the truth most community coaches won't say out loud: You're not building a community problem. You're building a content strategy problem. Most founders use audience-builder content (tips, quotes, motivation) to grow a buyer community. That's the mismatch. Audience content gets followers. Buyer content gets sales. They are not the same. 🎯 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟯 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧: 1. You're posting on the wrong platform for your buyer (not your industry peers). 2. Your posts don't hook. They inform. Big difference. 3. Your content mix is 95% value and 5% proof. Buyers buy from proof. 🔥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟱 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗫 𝗜𝗧: 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮. 𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟯. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟰. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟱. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀. 🔴 Save this post. 🔴 Share it with the founder friend who needs it. The 5 levers stack and compound. Pull all 5, your room becomes magnetic. If you want the FULL system (including the 7-day execution rhythm to put all 5 levers in motion this week), I'm teaching it free this Thursday. 📅 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 📅 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵 | 𝟯𝗽𝗺 𝗘𝗦𝗧/𝟮𝗽𝗺 𝗖𝗗𝗧 /𝟴𝗽𝗺 𝗕𝗦𝗧 | 30 minutes | Free workbook + cheat sheet included Register here: 👉 Drop the word MAGNETIC and let me know you will be there! 💪 See you there, Warriors. 🎯

2️⃣ Who Is Your Perfect Member?
Now that you’ve identified the problem your community solves, the next step is figuring out who is actually struggling with that problem. And no — the answer is not “everyone.” Strong communities are built for a very specific type of person. The clearer you are about who that person is, the easier it becomes to: • Create content they relate to • Attract the right members • Build offers they actually want Think about your ideal member for a minute and answer these questions: • Who are they exactly? • What stage of life or business are they in? • What have they already tried that didn’t work? • What challenge is frustrating them the most right now? Specific communities grow faster because people instantly think: "This place was made for me." 🤖 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐀𝐈 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐘𝐨𝐮 If you’re unsure, try this simple prompt in ChatGPT. Copy and paste after you [FILL IN THE BRACKETS]: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭: "I help [type of person] achieve [specific result] using [your approach or method]. Can you suggest different audience segments who might be interested in this?" ChatGPT will generate several audience types. Review the list and choose the one that best represents the people you want inside your community. This step matters more than most people realize because we’ll use this exact information later when building your About Page and messaging. Take a minute to think it through, then drop your answer below. 👇

My specific community would be dog lovers. People who want their dogs to have the healthiest and happiest lives while they are here with us. We all wish that our fur babies would live longer. Maybe we can help that along by feeding them a better diet. People of all ages could prepare their own dog food at home.
1️⃣ What Problem Does Your Community Solve?
Every successful community starts with one clear problem. Not five. Not a list of everything you know. Just one core problem your members are actively trying to solve. If your community tries to solve everything, people won’t understand why they should join. Think about it this way… If your ideal member was lying awake at 3 AM, frustrated and searching for answers, what would they type into Google? That’s the problem your community should be built around. Drop your answer in the comments below. Keep it simple — 1–2 sentences is perfect. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠: Examples: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 "I help community owners grow an engaged membership and turn their community into a predictable income stream." 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐬 "I help homeschooling moms create simple daily learning routines so they can teach confidently without feeling overwhelmed." 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 "I help fitness coaches attract consistent online clients without relying on endless social media posting or in-person sessions." Don’t stress about making it perfect right now. Clarity comes from taking action, not overthinking. Your turn. 👇

My community will help people feed their dogs, healthier options to hopefully improve their quality/ length of life. By teaching them how to prepare homemade super foods in their own kitchen.

@Gabrielle van Brussel thank you
I Made It Home Safely! 🙌
Some of you know that I left on Saturday morning to travel to Reading, PA to pick up my mom at my Aunt's house. I am bringing her down here to NC to live with me. She's only here for about 30 days this trip while we find her a place to live (NO, she is not going to live with me...yet)! Once we secure her housing, I will drive her back up, pack her house and move her down. (I may hire a moving company to pack and ship). After 33 years in the Army and COUNTLESS moves, I don't MOVE! I hire people to pack the truck). It was a successful trip and I am DEAD DOG TIRED today! So, today I may not be that present as I get some much needed rest! But, tomorrow.....I will be back to full strength and ready to BRING THE HEAT! 🔥 Tell me....do you drive long distances?

I don’t drive long distance anymore for health reasons. The furthest I drive from New Jersey is either to the shore or to my daughter‘s house in PA. I used to love long drives. My body won’t allow me to sit that long.
