There’s an idea older than any social network: we’re not only individuals — we’re connected. 🤝 In philosophy, this appears for example as Hegel’s “World Spirit” (Geist): a collective spirit of an era expressing itself through people, culture, and history. Not as a lab fact, but as a lens: something larger moves through us. ✨💛🙏😊🌈🤍🤗🌿 Today, besides these philosophical frames, there are modern research and measurement approaches that try to explore interconnectedness as a testable hypothesis. One well-known example is HeartMath’s Global Coherence Initiative. @Stefan Bösebeck I have learned (the hard way) to limit consumption and stay intentionally conscious of NOT allowing it to engage with any emotions. 6 years ago I ate, slept, lived, and breathed ALL the news I could find. It changed me mentally in the most negative way I have ever been impacted over my life. It literally changed my personality. I was so very grateful to recognize what had occurred and put a stop to it. I have found my way back (mostly) and am very careful with the “boundaries” now.

@Stefan Bösebeck I used self-talk on the conscious level to prevent access to the subconscious. “I want to be aware, not impacted.” Then I can easily discern : Is this something that I can do anything about? (Usually no). So hear the info and move on. Most importantly, Limited amount of intake. ONCE is enough. The over and over is unhealthy!

Today, I learned from a dear person that she needs support to heal. Why anonymous? She does not want to talk about the illness or be asked about it, so as not to manifest it. That is why this special 🌀energy core. All I can say is this: It is a structural problem, similar to a hernia. Nothing life-threatening. 💕 I ask for compassionate, helpful, and positive thoughts and wishes to charge the core. Feel free to leave a comment. Are you afraid that your energy won't reach her? That's what the core is for. You charge it and I pass the energy on to where it is needed. 🙏 That's it. Thank you. 💕 The two energy cores so far have done a great job. Pina, our little dog, is doing very well and her recovery after the operation has been exceptionally good. My 86-year-old aunt Helga is on the mend. 💕🙏 Thank you to everyone who contributed.
