@Stefan Bösebeck I like the manipulation perspective. I have knowledge in the area of childhood trauma and find that manipulation can be either the means of the traumatized or the coping skill developed by the traumatized. Sometimes both. While I do understand that it is key to recognize the “triad”, I am thinking that first recognizing the manipulations is key to learning to establish and hold boundaries. After which, learning the triad gives insight to putting accountability where it belongs. Just my thoughts and opinion.
