Friday wins - let's make time to celebrate!
Happy Friday! 🎉 Here are my wins this week: 1. I stayed consistent with YouTube, even though this week's video was a tutorial with no intro 😅 not proud of this one, but am committed to learn from @Luke Byrne how to get better. I KNOW I need and can get better and I have someone to learn from, win!. 2. I had to pivot A LOT during client workshops this week. My muscle of figuring out things on the fly got stronger - huge win. 3. Two reels went up. win-ish? 4. I finished my Lovable (+ Code Code) builds for my web page, media kit for my YT channel, sent the media kit to a potential brand that reached out, and I'm finalizing my first brand partnership right now. WIN! 🎉 5. Got together with a bunch of other local solopreneurs, created tons of b-roll and content, and signed up for a coworking space. win, win, win! Your turn! Tell me what you are celebrating and I'll celebrate with you!

@Thaddeus Cullina I use AI all the time for worldbuilding and for music creation! I'm in this community to learn business, but my own community is focused more on the creative side of things :)
Claude Vs ChatGPT Advice Needed
Hi Team, I'm noticing A LOT of people moving their businesses over to Claude (for a number of reasons). I use both, however, more so ChatGPT. I have set up a number of Custom GPTs in ChatGPT (I'm a marketer and have systemised a lot of my content, including creating an interviewer GPT to interview me for long form pieces)... I'm hesitant to move over as I have a new digital product I am in the final stages of developing which is built on Custom GPTs. SO, I guess my question is, does anyone know if Claude has a Custom GPT feature / or ability? I know it has Projects, similar to Chat. However, I'm wanting to know if you can configure it like a Custom GPT so you don't have to keep repeating yourself. I can provide an example if this helps. Any thoughts, advice, experience is welcomed!

@Elena Kell recommends Claude, but she also says that GPT is better for some tasks more than others. I'd say it depends on if your business or daily tasks involve coding/arithmetics or not!
Recording a new video on Claude Cowork and I need your help.
I'm recording one on Claude Cowork and I keep going back and forth on what to actually show. What do you want to know? For example: - Is there a task in your business you've been wondering if Claude Cowork could handle compared to other tools? - Have you tried Cowork and gotten stuck somewhere? - Is there a specific use case you'd want to see me walk through step by step? - Are you not sure what Cowork even is or why you'd use it over regular Claude? Please drop in the comments, thanks for the help! 💛 ALSO, if you are tired of me yapping about Cowork all the time and you miss me talking about other tools or specific topics - I want to know 😃 Please and thank you!

@Elena Kell Haven't heard of Lovable! That's awesome. Webflow is great but it is pretty heavy.
ChatGPT's new model is out — GPT-5.4
OpenAI released GPT-5.4 today. It combines coding, reasoning, and computer use into one model for the first time. Here's what's new: - Computer use. GPT-5.4 is OpenAI's first general-purpose model with native computer-use capabilities. It can operate software, use a mouse and keyboard, and carry out tasks across applications through screenshots. - Thinking mode. GPT-5.4 Thinking shows you an upfront plan of what it's about to do, and you can adjust it mid-response while it's still working. - 1 million token context window (available in Codex, experimental). - Fewer errors. OpenAI says individual claims are 33% less likely to be wrong compared to GPT-5.2, and full responses are 18% less likely to contain mistakes overall. Benchmarks. It scored 75% on OSWorld (desktop navigation), which is above the human baseline of 72.4%. On professional knowledge tasks across 44 professions, it hit 83% vs 70.9% for GPT-5.2. Who gets it: GPT-5.4 Thinking is available for Plus, Team, and Pro users in ChatGPT. GPT-5.4 Pro is available through the API and for Enterprise and Edu subscribers. What's going away: GPT-5.2 Thinking moves to "Legacy Models" and will be discontinued on June 5, 2026. https://openai.com/index/introducing-gpt-5-4/ Adding this to my weekend list of things to test, let me know if you've tried it yet!

I noticed that GPT 5.4 has much more "human-like" text when in comparison to the previous models. Could be more useful for generating copy/blogs or what-not.
Solopreneur Tips
What's your best solopreneur tip? I'm pretty new to all of this so literally anything would be helpful! My general tip is to try to focus on things that move the needle and avoid dead end tasks (e.g. even stuff like the creative for marketing or script for YT can be infinitely tweaked, so the less time on these the better imo – whilst keeping quality high ofc)

Pick one "main" focus and make that your go to for daily actions. Like just pick "traffic" and go with it!
