Been spending more time turning the camera around on myself lately… and honestly, it’s been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve done. Self portraits hit different. There’s no hiding, no distractions—just you, your thoughts, your mood, and whatever you’re carrying that day. This one right here feels heavy, but real. And I’ve learned that’s where the growth lives… in the real. It’s crazy to think how far I’ve come since I first picked up a camera. From not knowing anything, to now being able to create something that actually reflects how I feel in the moment. Over 90,000 photos later, and I’m still learning every single day… still chasing something deeper. Photography has become more than just taking pictures for me—it’s therapy, it’s expression, it’s how I process life when words don’t come easy. This is me. No filters on the emotion… just light, shadow, and truth. And I’m proud of how far I’ve come. 🖤

Hello everyone! So I know we have a global community here, so it may not be the case for everyone, but last night there was a northern lights display that reached much further south than usual and it is expected to continue into tonight. Did any of you get photos last night!? Are any of you planning to tonight? I won't lie, I did not get my work camera out last night, so I have some photos from my cell phone from last night, but I'll be venturing out with my gear tonight in hopes of finding some again. I'll keep you posted! Either way, on Friday for our live, I'll bring out some photos either from tonight or from Alaska's Northern Lights. I hope you all have the chance to see them wherever you might be!
