Hey Crew, so for those of us that are not certified coaches and have no plan to become certified (Im trying to cut down on the initials after my name, not add to them. Hahahha). Where else can we get some basic training on Coaching? More of the therapeutic side of things. Other than the Nurse Coach Collective, can anyone recommend any other classes, programs or books. UDEMY, Masterclass.com, etc? I see there are a couple books on the market too, Life Coaching for Dummies and Coaching and Mentoring for Dummies. Then of course you have YouTube, where everyone really learns everything these days. Anyone know of any videos to watch or people to follow? I would be interested in knowing if anyone found any of the above or other coaching education helpful. Thanks!

"𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘆, ‘𝗜’𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁! 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿,’ 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲?" Bonus points if you have them describe it in present tense like it’s already happening. After they answer, you can follow-up with "What did you have to overcome to create this reality for yourself?" This isn’t just about goals... it’s about locking in the vision as reality before it even arrives. It's about creating a compelling future for your clients that motivates them to stay the course.
