Hey guys, I'm new here and just trying to figure it all out. I've been a nurse for 13 years. I've worked in lots of different areas, but have been a school nurse for 5 years now. I am a wife and mom to two busy girls. I am passionate about health, wellness and fitness. I enjoy training for aquabike and gravel bike races. In the last year I have become certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am trying to grow my online fitness business, but it is HARD to get clients when you 1- work full time and have a busy personal life. I'm trying to grow this in the nooks and crannys of my day, which some days there isn't any. But I know I want this, just might take longer than I'd like. Looking for any help/guidance I can get.

Hey everyone Happy New Year! I'm Christy was a traveler until I met my husband and now I'm stuck in Arizona. He's worth it! Been a RN, been an LPN, been a paramedic, been an EMT, over 30 years in healthcare all together. Recently started my own IV company, left bedside finally and went to case management. I found a new niche in medical weight loss coaching. Never thought I would end up there! As somebody who's lost over 140 lb personally its oddly easy to give support and advice. After a short chat with Micah last night, I really do believe that's my space. Trying to figure out where to take it from here. Currently working on my NP, apparently just for fun. I honestly didn't grow up watching much TV and didn't have cable until I was much older. But I do remember watching a game show that I enjoyed watching the kids get slimed on Nickelodeon.
