When we wake up feeling stiff, tired, or sore, a little gentle movement can go a long way. It doesn’t take Herculean effort to feel better. Sometimes the answer is simply to move, breathe, and loosen up in nourishing ways. Let’s continue caring for these bodies with consistency and kindness.

Hi Drew, another great session and ideal scenery. Question: who makes those cargo pants that you wear? They look great. I'm pretty tall (6'5") and am always looking for comfortable trousers that look good at work or play.

Falling Sometimes , Sometimes Flying
Today is a 13-minute balance session. Some days we feel steady and strong. Other days things feel off. That’s life. Balance shifts. Challenges come. We rise, we stumble, we begin again. Happiness isn’t about feeling good all the time. Struggle, sacrifice, and difficulty are part of the human experience too. Today we practice accepting what is, moving with presence through it all. Move well.

Thanks Drew. This was rignt on time. My Goldendoodles (bigger than they look) took off on a run yesterday and pulled me to the ground. Sore all over, especially my back and shoulders. This was a big help towards my recovery.
