They talk to stakeholders, understand business needs, uncover problems, and recommend solutions. They ask: - “What’s the goal here?” - “What’s broken and how do we fix it?” - “What do users actually need?” 👉 The Project Manager is the planner and organizer. They figure out how to get it done. They manage timelines, coordinate people, track progress, and make sure everything stays on budget.
