Issues possibly with Kontakt and cubase?
A while back in June cubase (latest update) kept crashing my computer. I reached out to steinberg and he said that it sounding like it was a computer issue. It was a dell optiplex 7010 64gb 2tb. Not terribly old. And i was using the same template i have been using for months, so no change. So after ordering a new computer, dell latest 64g 2tb ect 1250 Ai powered desktop, I received another email from steinberg saying their systems were down and it took to respond again and he believed it was kontakt (latest update). Well yesterday my new computer crashed several times. Has anyone else had this issue? Both cubase and kontakt have had updates since then. I also use a lot of sample libraries from opus. But that also has had updates. Also after the crashes yesterday the cubase window saying a crash log was created didn't show up.

Hi Ryan, i had some similar issues... and my pc is rather new.. as Alex mentioned, if you use plugins which are in your template or start a session where its not updated, it can cause some issues... in my case, Waves plugin caused crashes in my template after some time. i disabled VST2 completely and deleted also the blacklisted plugins form cubase. Since then no problem. For Kontakt, maybe check if you have multicore processing on in cubase, if so turn it of as cubase handles the multiprocessing part. Hope that helps!
First Ep After Getting Inspired By VG Soundtrack
Hello world! I've just released my very first project, inspired by some incredible video game soundtracks. I've always been interested in making abstract music and didn't know where to start, but I finally decided to go for it. Here is the beginning of my journey as I plunge into this new voyage! https://on.soundcloud.com/OgJAj1cVpUeOy1adyx

I didn't expect it at all, very different and abstract as you mentioned. Sounds great and interesting 👏
Track Feedback: Moving Forward Trailer
Having just finished the Trailblazer 1 Course, I thought I'd put together everything I've learned so far into a new track. https://on.soundcloud.com/DdMMYnjrgexUi7UEsE It's a simple theme with a straightforward structure. I would really appreciate your feedback—let me know if I'm heading in the right direction. Thanks a lot! 😁

Template for Orchestral compositions
Hello, I've been in the group for a while but not as active. I use FL Studio as my DAW but dabble in Studio One. I was wondering if anyone uses templates to create their compositions. I am a novice to orchestral compositions but I do create R&B, Hip-Hop, and Lo-Fi. Also, if anyone has any tips on setting up a template for orchestral music, any assistance is appreciate. Thanks.

For me, as a beginner, building my own template was a great way to learn signal flow, routing, and the libraries I use. While it's time-consuming at first, it saves you hundreds of hours in the long run because you're building a workflow that makes sense to you. I can highly recommend Leo Brennauer's template video on YouTube. It's very well explained and should work just as well in FL Studio as it does in Studio One. And I agree about Alex Moukala's template as well—top-notch! :)
Track Feedback: The Ninth Gate
Some time ago I was playing around with layering MIDI sounds, and I came across a choir organ pad that made me think of the last scene in the movie The Ninth Gate. I wanted to create a little main theme around that image. I think it could fit well in something like Hades or similar games, or maybe even a movie scene. Would love to hear some of your feedback on the arrangement, mixing, etc. :)

I really like the track, sound has a Apocalyptic Ambient feel. I think for me the Band section sounding more distant, gives it a great vibe, character. Definitely would fit in games something like "Days Gone, Dying Light. Very nice track, well done. 🙂
