CGM Quick Help + Troubleshooting
Here’s your simple guide to getting up and running. Getting started - After applying your sensor, it may take about 60 minutes before readings are available. - Download the app and follow the setup prompts. - Do not overthink the setup questions. Just complete them and get started Scan often Try to get in the habit of scanning: - first thing in the morning - before bed - after meals - after walks or exercise - anytime you feel “off,” extra tired, extra energized, stressed, or surprised by how you feel More scanning is better than less. Add notes Please log things like: - meals - snacks - exercise - stress - poor sleep - alcohol - feeling great - low energy - anything else that feels relevant If you forget to log something in the moment, you can go back later using the logbook and add it at the correct time. What to focus on Please remember: - we are looking for patterns - we are not judging one single reading - numbers will move throughout the day - that is normal App settings Please update your settings: - turn off the alarms if instructed - set your report range to 3.9 to 7.7 This will help make your reports more useful for this program. If your sensor falls off or stops working - save the code from the top of the sensor or the box - you may also be able to find this information in the app - if your sensor breaks or falls off, post in Skool or reach out so we can help guide you Helpful reminders - You can shower, use a hot tub, or use a sauna with the sensor on - If the sensor gets hot, it may temporarily stop reading properly - If you are having trouble keeping it on, some people find extra adhesive patches helpful Best mindset You do not need perfect timing. You do not need perfect notes. You do not need perfect meals. Just keep scanning.Just keep noticing.Just keep learning.

Hi Tara, I don’t usually keep my phone near my bed when sleeping so will the sensor record and keep the data while I sleep and then communicate this with my phone in the morning?

I am a healthy semi senior and I am looking to stay that way! I want to improve my sleep and energy level as I feel these are important factors.
