Hello everyone, my name is Noah and I got an acoustic guitar a little over a week ago. I am stuck on the strumming part. I don't understand the rhythm or timing, and how to even practice it. Help please, thanks!

Years ago, I filmed a demo video of an amp my brother, Patrick, had recently bought. I don’t get to hang out with him as much, but when we do, I love just jamming and hanging out like we did in this video. P.S. Had to put new roof on house, replace dead car. Lots of opportunity for blues, but need more skill and can’t afford lessons. Meh and fie.

I'm not very comfortable doing this but need to start somewhere lol I wasn't able to play really during my assessment due to me lol so I forced myself to video a bit and that takes some time as well but here we go. This is a backing track off youtube It's an A minor Dorian favor thing with tons of mistakes and falling into the wrong key from time to time but its all about the progress SO hope to be making some good progress with this program!!!
