I’m still in week 2 of the (optional) class room
I’m still in week 2 of the (optional) classroom portion of this program. I am loving the content and the information is intuitive and easy to follow. It feels like Dafni is talking directly to me! Side note (I have enjoyed a few 1:1 times with her during morning meditation and coffee hour when no one else showed up—bonus for me!). To respond to one of the reflections from week 2: What was it about ? Anxiety, tension dread confusion distraction. And feeling soaked from the outside. Was it about people? Yes and no. Always a relationship situation going on.but It was mostly about school work and feelings of doubt and potential. Fleeting fear. *But I name it to tame it. Another aspect is that my homework can be isolating and hyperfocus can sometimes be a good thing but it also has drawbacks like eye strain/face and neck tension. What I plan on doing to ease this tension? Call a good friend, or plan a night out. Side note: I’ve been taking mini study breaks to dance and sing by myself (sometimes I just shake! Shake shake) And that’s something (small but effective) I feel good about.
