Is anyone studying for their PMP?
This has been my great white whale since I got in the field. This will be my last spring without it. Maybe we can do a study group or live sessions as I go through the test material. 🤷🏾♂️

I take mine in 3 weeks. Check the PMP Mastermind Skool group led by Veronica White. All kinds of useful info in there and I believe they still have daily study sessions.

During a sprint, the product owner wants to add several new features to the backlog, which could potentially disrupt the current sprint goals. How would you address this?

I'd first assess what aspects it could affect. From there, I would perform a cost-benefit analysis to determine if the risk is worthwhile and if it falls within the risk appetite of the stakeholders/project.
