Perfect Role
Ok everyone. if you could waive a magic wand and create a scrum master position in ANY industry what would it be? example: School Scrum Master/ Project Manager Scrum master for a girl scout troop Project manager for an AAU Team
Scenario: Toxic Clash Between QA and Dev Leads Disrupting the Team
In our Agile team sprint planning, the QA Lead and Dev Lead erupt into yelling matches over bug accountability—Dev pushes "ship fast," QA demands "zero defects." The team sits frozen and scared as productivity stalls. As a facilitator and agile lead, how do you intervene? De-escalate? Realign them?

What is your scrum journey?
Everyone's journey to scrum is different. Mine was a little crazy too. Starting as a teacher, going through the panini press, realizing that I can make a better paycheck using all the skills I already had. And all I had to do was move to Oklahoma. 🥴 You can hear more about my scrum journey in this video below. Tell me, what is your scrum journey?

Why Faster Delivery Isn’t Always Better Delivery A lot of teams talk about speed, but in product delivery, faster doesn’t automatically mean better. The real question is: are teams delivering quickly and solving the right problem, or are they just moving work through the pipeline? I’d love to hear your thoughts: - How do you balance speed with quality in product delivery? - What’s the biggest delivery bottleneck your teams is faced in the past? - What is more important? Outputs, outcomes, or both? Drop your thoughts in the comments here and on LinkedIn — I’d love to compare perspectives and keep the conversation going.

@Lisa St I felt that when I was teaching. Some curriculums scope and sequence do not help the end product. that's why as agilists we have to find the balance so that we can 1. Satisfy stakeholders and 2. Grow our teams into well oiled machines (work wise)
