Thank you for 100 members in the Iron Forge community! As a thank you, Redefine Impossible is FREE for one week. Redefine Impossible shares the ins and outs of the 50/50/50 that the documentary doesn’t show, as well as the chaos of losing everything that ultimately led to the Iron Cowboy being born. Grab your PDF right here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S-EfesL_J78HLzVKMORYnOZ_vnnPLl1V/view?usp=sharing I'm leaving this post up for about a week, and then it comes down, so pull your copy while it's here!

Thank you!
WEEK TWO CHALLENGE! Seven Days of Choosing Hard.
For the next 7 days, do one thing each day that you'd normally avoid. For example: take the stairs, finish your day with a cold shower, park farther away, wake up when the alarm goes off, or skip the snack you don't need. Feel free to comment each day with what you chose. Let's do this!

Hey, what's up, everyone. Mike here from Chicago burbs. Couch potato when my kids were younger. About 14 years ago I went to the gym and about died trying to run a mile on the dreadmill. Now here we are in 2026... 7 marathons, 7 half ironmans, and numerous other races under my belt. Living with Multiple Myeloma cancer for past two years. That won't stop me. Completed Chicago marathon last fall just 8 months after inpatient stem cell therapy and chemo. My message: if it doesn't challenge you, then it won’t change you. We can all do hard things! "A" races coming up: Indy marathon in Nov. Mesa marathon in Feb 2027. Contemplating a Backyard next spring Note: friend of Betty OK in this group. Yes, we will get her into open water swims in 2027!
