I've been working on some call scripts to prospect off market listings. The main goals of a FSBO call : - Get the prospects email so you can follow up with valuable info - Are they are cooperating with an agent who brings them a qualified buyer? - Are they willing to explore hiring an agent to list their home if they can't sell it in X amount of days? Generally FSBOs are set on selling their home themselves within the first 4-5 weeks. Weeks 6-8 is when most conversion happens which is why following up with these prospects after the initial point of contact can boost your odds of getting the listing when they do look to hire an agent!
