We forget things that we don’t often do/practice. But it’s easier to get them back/remember than it was when we originally first learned them. This applies to everything - from driving a stick shift to playing piano 🎹 or accordion 🪗 to writing cursive 😂 Agree??

Hi Tribers! Ever wondered the secret sauce of: - showing up in your social media or anywhere on camera relaxed, authentic, not worrying what Joe Shmoe thinks? - play (whatever play means in your own universe - an instrument or telling a joke or sharing your music w a CTA reel or WHATEVER video where you just talk type of play :)) without messing up? - hesitate? - don’t give a f✨✨✨? YOU ARE NOT ALONE! The writing is on the wall (of the cave? 😂… in the title… the “secret” of it all, that is…) But do tell us, if that’s you below!

Hi Tribers! What sets this tribe apart from all other communities is our approach to things as Tribers - we do what we want WHENEVER we want!! But how? The new Tribers might be wondering… And I preach this a lot! To everyone and everywhere! And I do as a preach also - short joyful practices vs the long, boring, exhausting, tedious, burnout type… this becomes a habit and then a skill and it is also transferable in all areas of life! The more joy we have the more we accomplish and the easier we do so. Out projects? Big goals? Maybe big piece of music? Break it down! How do you eat an elephant? One piece at a time! And in between the chunks of accomplishing the goal - spice it up w something else - like eating a juicy watermelon 🍉 or playing a song that you know well once or twice… Duh! To me it’s a no brainer. To many people is a no brainer. But often times common sense isn’t common practice :) Something to think about. 🤔 Tell me what you think in the comments!

Our weekly call Friday Tribe Fiesta is tomorrow - come and vibe together! For the new Tribers - these calls are t recorded and everything goes - you don’t have to play but you can, if you like to :) we meet each other and talk about whatever and sometimes dance and even play different instruments. They are more of a gathering. We don’t teach/coach but happy to answer any questions you might have! Fun Fridays - it is an all day long and has it’s own category where you can share your fav jokes, memes or anything funny! Sometimes we make funny videos and put them there! Fun Fridays & Listening Sessions are great spaces to just chill and relax or/and laugh. We want to always have easy access to them, that’s why they have their own category!
