Ever regret spiritual work?
I’m post-breakup, completely destroyed this time. Ever regret that striving for insight and becoming better and healing inner wounds? Why not just enjoy a good laugh, or simply be present and be grateful for the little things. A loving touch. I have had major breakthroughs these last 2 years, but they cost me the love of my life. She got magnetically discarded fast. I’m sitting here looking into solitude and monkhood as a sentence and deeply loathe it. Why are we wired toward inner work when it shatters our reality and all that matters? I regret it all and wish I’d just let it be. I would have been happy. I feel it was an overachievement. A breakthrough I wasn’t ready for. Can we get on a wrong path? I sure as hell will not live and die alone. If my spiritual path is solitude, I reject it and refuse it.

Day 2 HW for the Magnetic YOU Challenge (replay is HERE)
what an awesome call everyone! the replay will be up right now, see it here: https://www.skool.com/highvibetribe/classroom/5bac406c?md=760ea6aceb3d4cadaafd1fb2a51bf226 today we went deeper into releasing and letting go of the core patterns by getting into the body with breathwork because underneath these patterns, there are emotions that you haven't given your innerchild permission to FEEL you may have felt tension, anger, sadness, or another uncomfortable emotion but it wasn’t safe to express it when you stop abandoning yourself and actually lean into the unfelt emotion underneath the surface…that's when the energy can be released, fully integrated to feel the wholeness underneath HW for Day 2: ⚡what was your BIGGEST insight from today’s call? what have you become aware of about your childhood patterns or inner child? ⚡do the inner child meditation, take your time and allow yourself to fully experience it ⚡do the mother/father/child triad worksheet. - what patterns did you notice with mom and dad? if one or both parents weren't present, reflect on the caregivers who raised you - you’ll see the sheet and meditation inside the classroom on day 2 here: https://www.skool.com/highvibetribe/classroom/5bac406c?md=760ea6aceb3d4cadaafd1fb2a51bf226 ⚡after you’ve journaled and filled in the answers on the sheet, use Aaron AI to go deeper, you can use prompts like this… - "help me understand this pattern more deeply." - "why does this pattern keep showing up in my life?" - "how can I begin shifting this pattern?"  share it all in the comments below or post about it here in the community!

How do you guys feel about your current relationships in the context of inner work and transformation? One the one hand I’m thinking that I change and they either love the real me or fade away, but at the same time, that they are making my job harder. But maybe they provide the very challenge we need to test our resolve of not falling into old patterns?

@Veronica Mahon Funny how perspectives change. Just 6 days ago I was all “take it or leave it.”🔥💪🏼✨ She left and I’m completely destroyed💔 I regret it profoundly. Spiritual development literally ruined my life. I want connection. I want love. I want laughter. I never once intended to end up alone, in monkhood. I suspect a lot of “enlightened” spiritual people are hiding behind rationalization, to save the excruciating pain from being alone. Humans are social creatures. I loathe solitude.
We fall in love with three people In our lifetime.
This is why ... 1. The First Love It happens when we're young. You believe it will last forever. You love without fear, without caution, and without knowing how much a heart can hurt. You see the best in them. You imagine a future together. You think love is enough. And even if it doesn't last... it teaches you what it feels like to open your heart for the first time. 2. The Second Love The one that breaks you. The one that changes you. This love arrives to teach lessons the first one couldn't. It teaches heartbreak. It teaches disappointment. It teaches boundaries. It teaches self-worth. You cry more. You question more. You learn more. This is the love that forces you to grow. The one that shows you what love should be... and what it should never be. 3. The Third Love It arrives when you least expect it. Not when you're looking. Not when you're trying to force it. It simply appears. And somehow... it feels different. There are fewer games. Less confusion. Less chasing. You don't have to pretend. You don't have to convince. You don't have to constantly wonder where you stand. Your walls slowly come down. Trust returns. And for the first time... love feels peaceful instead of exhausting. It feels like home. - The first love teaches you how to love. - The second love teaches you how to grow. - The third love teaches you how love should feel. And that's when you finally understand... why the others didn't last. Because some people come into your life to stay. And some come into your life to prepare you for the one who always be by your side.

I agree, just realizing that I ran out of time with relationship 2. I was simply too slow in life💔 I did the work and had life changing breakthroughs. Yet, those lessons are wasted, having nowhere to go. So maybe I don’t really agree then🤔😆

Only there is not enough time💔
Huge shadow breakthrough!
I’m sharing this partially to anchor it better for myself, but mainly if you find it helpful. These things can take decades of hard work, so if I can provide just a short patch of fast-track, this is it. Keeping it brief. When I was 8 my mom struggled with her narcissism and depression and became both physically and psychologically violent. I learnt to adapt, and become a pleasing social chameleon. I abandoned myself. I abandoned my identity. At that moment a shadow was cast from my body. It would stalk me for 3 decades with blame and self destruction. Guilt. Drinking. Depression. Rage. I was pleasing and adapting. Hiding. But suddenly, while driving, I knew! The shadow is not a monster. No demon. Not evil. He is me! He is my authenticity. My identity. The king that was cast from my kingdom! He has been standing outside the walls, attacking, trying to burn it all down. With rage seeking justice. All the while personas and imposters were leeching and consuming and destroying his kingdom. With the years the king became a shadow. A monster. A villain. And that made him even more mad. No More. Now I’m lowering the gate. The king is back in the sun. The invaders walking out defeated. Heads down. And the light will make him heal and through that heal the entire kingdom. My takeaway question to ask yourself: When did the shadow appear, who is your shadow and what does this avenging angel want?

Most lives are built out of the ruins of broken dreams, sorted into neat piles of rubble. I want to make sorting my art, the rubble my masterpiece.
