I joined a teams group that doesn't seem to be having any traction so if there is a study group that's active let me know
I passed my PMP exam
I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that I messaged on here for advice on how to study and prepare for the exam. Thank you Andrew for creating the TIA practice website for PMP questions.

Please answer
A project manager is working with a team to develop work packages. The project manager noticed a gap in the requirements gathering where important points were missing, which would impact the project timeline. What should the project manager do? 1. A.Meet with the project sponsor to discuss canceling the project. 2. B.Meet with the project sponsor and stakeholders to request a budget increase. 3. C.Meet with the product manager to create a backlog with the missing requirements. 4. D.Evaluate the impact, update the risk register, and present it to the stakeholders.

I like option D. the PM notices a problem in the requirements so it should be evaluated or assessed to determine the impact, risk, and then once completed you present that information to the stakeholders. Option A - canceling the project is too extreme based on the information provided in the question. Option B - you may have to increase the budget at some point but this isn't the first thing to do with the information you know in the question Option C - it doesn't explicitly state that it's an Agile project, so although meeting with the product owner to update the product backlog with the requirements is something you can do. I think evaluation of the impact is more important.
Answer please
A project manager is helping an organization transition from traditional methods to agile. The infrastructure, data warehousing, and enterprise architecture teams operate very differently than the application development teams. How should the project manager implement agile in this organization? 1. A.Ask every team in the organization to implement the same agile methodology so that a one-size-fits-all solution can provide consistency across all teams. 2. B.Tailor the implementation by deliberately adapting the approach to make it more suitable for the given environment and work at hand. 3. C.Force the top-down transition approach by asking the CEO to provide support for implementing agile in every team in the organization. 4. D.Ask one team to implement scrum as a pilot so that all other teams in the organization can also implement scrum by learning from this team.

@Aakriti T I like option B. Tailoring agile project management to the needs of the team. Additionally it's a broad question that deserves a broad answer. I don't like option A since there is no one size fits all approach to PM and for each team member. I don't like option C because although you may need to go up the chain to high leadership to help with implementation at some point it shouldn't be your first option I think option D is a realistic answer that may happen in reality, I think option B is a better answer.

@Kemlie Mclean i was invited to join a Teams one recently that has no traction. I’m doing the review online classes and mindset stuff this weekend and working on my application. I will probably schedule my exam for the end of June giving me time to grind out practice exams for a couple weeks. If you wanted to try or have thoughts on how best to study Id love to hear
