Carnivore Diet 30 days
I am going to do a strict carnivore diet for 30 days, only eating meat and eggs and will be reverting back to animal based after the 30 days is over. Each day I will post an update and meals I ate. If you have any questions or comments, please comment below, I would like to hear people input and thoughts on the matter.

Day 2 on the carnivore diet, woke up this morning feeling full of energy. Yesterday I ate for Lunch: 8 eggs & 500ml lamb bone broth; Dinner: 480g sirloin steak with 3 eggs.
What are you all having for dinner?
I’m having 800g of Striploin steak. 1600 Cals 174g of protein. Can upload pic later?

Opinions on chicken?
Seems to be a lot of controversy in the animal-based/carnivore communities on whether chicken is good or not. Interested to hear what you guys think, Thanks

Horrible meat why would anyone want to consume such a pesky little creature that can be slaughtered with one hand

Sometimes I wake up feeling weak and drowsy. With this skool I am excited to see how my sleep improves.Very excited to be here.

I never wake up sleepy and drowsy, I wake up full i vigour and ready to conquer another day, I feel ultra well rested. ever since I started implementing a proper diet and sleep routine
