Any tips on consistency?
I enjoy eating good and sleep good, but often a find myself relapsing into old habits and having to start all over again. Anyone have similar issues, and if so what has helped you stay on track?

Opinions on grounding?
I've been "Grounding" for a couple of years and i feel like it actually does improve my energy and mood significantly. maybe its just a placebo effect but i'm interested does anyone know any science behind this?

I am not entirely sure about the science behind it but i do know for sure when i wake up and the first thing i do is stand barefoot in some grass, its damn near impossible to have a bad day.
Sleep
Sometimes I wake up feeling weak and drowsy. With this skool I am excited to see how my sleep improves.Very excited to be here.

Yes, ive heard many great things about saunas. I will have to implement them more into my lifestyle.

I am currently testing all sorts of different teas to improve my sleep and reduce stress. Does anyone have any recommendations?
GYM routines?
What type of training do you do in the gym for muscle growth, staying athletic etc? i'm mostly interested in building muscle. what i do: - Chest and Back - Shoulders and Arms - Legs(never :)) Im interested to know what splits have worked best for you

I would agree with you, however legs is one of the most important days in the gym, whether you like it or not. It boosts testosterone more than working any other muscle group believe it or not! On top of that, having an unporportional physic wouldnt be ideal😂
