The Only Formula You Need as a Dispatcher 🧠
Most dispatchers overcomplicate success. They think they need better load boards, better scripts, or better timing to win. But honestly... it’s not complicated. It’s just simple math. 𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐬 × 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 × 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 = 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. Inputs → what you work on every day Time → how long you can stay consistent Skill → how good you get from doing the reps That’s it. That’s the whole game. And by the way... I’m proof of that. I’m sitting here in Italy writing this email — not because I got lucky, but because I worked the equation every single day when nobody was watching. So...if you're ACTUALLY serious about making money dispatching... Here's what you need to know 👇 Inputs → The actions you take every single day. - The number of cold calls you make. - The emails you send. - The carriers you reach out to. - The trucks you post and the loads you hunt down. Time → How long you can stay consistent without quitting. - Winning doesn’t happen in days or weeks. - It happens over months of showing up when it’s boring, frustrating, and slow. - Time rewards the dispatchers who apply pressure longer than everyone else. Skill → How much better you get with every rep. - The more calls you make, the sharper you get at negotiations. - The more carriers you speak to, the stronger your pitch becomes. - The more loads you book, the better you read the market. 𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐬 × 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 × 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 = 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. If one piece is missing, you lose. If all three are growing, you win faster than you think. Most new dispatchers wait until they feel “ready” before they start moving. Or they take a few small actions, don’t see instant results, and quit way too early. But here’s the truth: You don’t get good first. You get good by moving first. -- Are you ready to start? → Click here to join the full Dispatcher University course ($97/mo) I’ll show you step-by-step how to make $5k/month in 6 months — or your money back. You literally have ZERO risk. Either you get results, or you get a full refund.

Hi Caitlyn, When I was driving a truck, I picked up a load of chicken from Fort Smith Arkansas. I like to cook. What's your favorite recipe? I like how you are concerned about the truckers. They are the backbone of the country. Without them the supply chain would stop. Store shelves would be empty in three days. Good luck with your new business. Take care.
Hello everyone
I just joined the community. I am here to learn about truck dispatching and hope to land a job in the field and eventually start my own company. I wish you all best of luck for your future and lets get that cash.
