what did you use on these lights?

Curious fs the cerakote wipe on clear is longer lasting than the headlight magic. I have the headlight magic and it's great, but looking for something that will confidently last longer than a year.
How To “guidebook”(PDF)
We made a step-by-step how to guide because a lot of you asked for a PDF version. While the reading/text part is very much outside my comfort zone or wheelhouse, a new I needed to make time to do it because there are many different learning styles. Hopefully this helps some of you any feedback y’all have on it. You’re welcome to share here. Remember, don’t overthink it. it’s just plastic

Would it be possible to make a video or another pdf of your approach to new clients. Examples from random people at the store or someone who heard of your business but hasn't booked the restoration. Maybe even a dealership example. I've been to a few dealerships but no luck just yet

definitely looks like it will be a challenge for sure I see a lot of grooves and angles. I'm sure it can be done but probably will take awhile so I would give a price worth the effort you'll have to put in. I've been avoiding trucks except for tundras because I also hand sand. When I get a drill or polisher I might get the other brands too

Personally I would try to get a little more just because you know it'll be tough. Or get the 125 now and you'll upcharge later. I've been trying to follow @Andrew Tucker pricing for $125 even for smaller cars like a civic. So that's why I say ask for more but at the same time you don't want to price yourself out of the job. Interested to see how it goes
Social media
Hello, quick question for everyone here. Those of you that are on social media what post did you make that gave you traction? I just made my post on Nextdoor and no luck so far (only a couple hours I know I'm impatient 😂) but just curious what your posts look like. I've seen a few people offer a giveaway which I am a fan of and think I'll make my next post about. All insight helps! Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply! Do you mind sharing an example of your post with a story? I've been using capcut too it's pretty clutch! I need to start making videos instead of a bunch of pictures

A piece of advice I can say about social media is when you get a client ask them to follow your page, of course, but I also send them before & after pictures so they can post too! I tagged my client, and she reposted it, which got me a lead for my highest paid client so far! Our clients can work for us too in a way! Goodluck to everyone 🎉

Anyone ever restore/ have advice for this truck? And maybe wjat i should charge? Any input is appreciated! I do the headlight magic method if that helps somewhat!

What year is the truck? I would try to upcharge them to at least $140. I've been trying to follow Andrew's $125 rate so for that truckI would charge more. You can also look how much it costs to replace them as a upcharge selling point!

Trust I understand haha I actually just got my first $125 job yesterday it was a 2022 Audi. Owner botched the repair himself so he was sent to me. Normally I do them for $80 but I took a chance and he bit so I know others can too! He paid $140 when I was done so it was a great and inspiring job for the future lol
