Under drag reverse push Vs inverted thru reverse push
Help me to see what my defender would be doing and why I would use each. Maybe under drag defender little more on side but still pushing me to side and the inverted thru defender jumps to stop my forward a little more? @Micah Lancaster

While there are general vague reasons for each, players really need to come up with their own preferences for using skills. Focusing too heavily on the when and why behind techniques tends to cause more robotic movements. However, these two are different in timing. An Under Drag stops on the outside leg, during the Motion Step. An Inverted Drag stops on the inside leg, usually on the Dribble-Step.
Starting
How do i access the training videos, all i see is the masterclass? and when i go into the account on the app it says i do not have access. I had this happen through the free trial as well. I then decided to pay the membership fee and I still cannot see what to do. Please clarify exactly where I go to access the training for my daughter. Thank you:0)

Hi Sheila, I emailed you directly. I apologize for the delay. You should have full access on the app
Making templates
Why don’t all videos show up when making templates? I wish there were a way to add the video I do to a to do.

Your talking about the trainer side of the app for certified I'm Possible trainers, and not the player side of the app. Templates are for trainers keeping workout logs and it's based on demonstrations that are in the app only and not for the teaching videos that are in the RealSkill programs
Vision/Sight Training
Lately, there’s been growing discussion around the importance of eyesight and visual focus in sports performance. Below are a couple of videos that highlight this idea with some evidence. This is still a relatively new area in the sports world and isn’t talked about as much yet. What are your thoughts on it? Do you think visual focus has the potential to become a teachable skill within overall skill acquisition? If a thought has already been given to this topic, share some insights on it. Thanks! https://youtu.be/qIG1ZT3-a_A?si=Ij9MsN1yvywt8Cmk https://youtu.be/-4omOvrRVZ8?si=QutoQ_1T5yq8T859

If you're talking about visual training and the quiet eye, that’s pretty straightforward. The quiet eye, for instance, is how long you look at the rim right before you shoot. The longer and more focused that final look is, the better your brain can lock in and help you make the shot. Great shooters don’t just glance at the rim — they hold their eyes on it for a moment before they start their motion. That’s the quiet eye. Some are trying to tie this into perception-action coupling, but thats a bit of a stretch. The quiet eye is about focus and intention. And what research is showing is that focusing is better than not focusing. Nothing revolutionary, but an interesting topic.
