I picked children’s content because my homeschool experience had shed light on open spaces that can support learning at home. They may not complement my children’s book brand and home safety for kids, but they could use it as a basis for other areas of awareness that matter to me. What suggestions do you have for AI tools that can make animated videos where the characters are consistent from one video to the next?

@Shane Harris thanks for sharing! More platforms that I’ve gotta learn…I’ll look into each over the weekend.
🕥My Improptu personalized training session with Shane 💻
The other night I started working on "Day 1: Make Your Free AI Avatar in 5 Mins" found in the Faceless YouTube Channel in the Classroom. I started following Shane's steps to set up my HeyGen account, but I had a few questions for Shane. Soon he realized that my many questions would require more time. So he immediately set up a personalized training session with me using the Skool Go Live Session tool. 💻 💥 Shane helped me with the following: 🔥 ✔️Completing the setup of my HeyGen account ✔️How the Free vs. Paid HeyGen accounts differ ✔️What type of picture(s) are needed to start on my Avatar ✔️How to build my the Avatar with my own Picture ✔️You can also have the Ai create an picture for you ✔️How to change the size to 16:9 for long form videos on YouTube, etc. ✔️How to add Voice to the Avatar ✔️How to add movement to Avatar ✔️How to add a background to the Avatar ✔️How to add music to the Avatar ✔️How to test/view the short video we created. 🤯 When I tell you my head was blown when my Avatar was completed, is an understatement! 🤯 This is a game changer for me. Although I have so much more to learn, I am ready to dig into these classes Shane has taken the time to research and create for us so I can reach my goal of learning Ai quickly and putting it to use for my business. 💥 I forgot to mention that @Dionne Nicole joined the session and we all had a great discussion on using an Avatar for our businesses. using the new Skool Go Live feature for Skool Hosts is very helpful! 🙏🏽 Thank you @Shane Harris for taking your time to assist me and teach me on the spot even though it was late. I truly appreciate you for your help and for creating the courses in this community. 🙏🏽 I have watched several of your YouTube videos and they are very helpful! 🥳

🚀 Not Fluent in Spanish? No Problem… Your Avatar Can Be in 5 Minutes! 🤯
🎥 See the quick demo video below 👇 — and stay tuned, a full class module is coming soon. HeyGen to animate your Avatar Narrator. Eleven Labs for natural sounding Speech. 💬 Drop “Spanish” in the comments if you want to unlock this feature. 🌍 Or tell us what second language you’d love your avatar to speak so you can serve your audience even better! 🔥 Pro tip: the more languages we see in the comments, the more likely I’ll create bonus trainings for those too. 😉

@Shane Harris no confusion, that’s how I currently use it. Script in ChatGPT edited as needed, Pictory images, 11 Labs voice over, beautiful video, I’m pleased. But what else it may do outside of this workflow is what I want to know. For instance, I didn’t realize it can insert picture-in-picture videos with voiceover. That’s a new button I’d like to press 😀

@Shane Harris gotcha! I may need to incorporate HeyGen after all for quick tutorials. I considered it, but decided against it bc I don’t care for how the facial expressions are pasty and motionless at times while the lips are moving. A smaller image of PIP may not be bad, though. Thanks!

@Shane Harris ah, this prompt exceeds the level of detail that I might add about the style of art and photography, but it is thorough, nonetheless 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 What may be included is a description of what “growing without showing” means, or a scenario that alludes to your perception of what the phrase means. Only then, I think, would the expression may match the caption more accurately. Unfortunately, explaining what the context is for the expression would have to be something you do bc I’m not sure I understand what the term means to you. I’m literal, so I thought growing without showing is a pregnancy reference - as in, I’m 4 months in and no one knows it bc I’m still now gaining weight. If I had to step outside of my literal interpretation, I might guess it means you’re putting in the work and it’s challenging, but onlookers can’t tell bc you don’t look stressed. But question mark, there…so, what does it mean to you?

@Shane Harris yes, context is everything 😄
🚀 How We Use the Flywheel to Grow Every Video
Family, I want to pull back the curtain on what you’re seeing with my new YouTube uploads. Every video is not just content — it’s fuel for the engagement flywheel. Here’s how the flywheel works: 1. Video drops → pinned comment drives conversation We seed the first comment to spark replies (pain point, bold claim, or action challenge). This gives YouTube an instant signal that the video is worth engaging with. 2. 3. Replies → community interaction compounds Each reply we drop on comments creates a chain. Chains = algorithm boost. The more replies, the longer the thread, the more YouTube pushes the video. 4. 5. Pinned CTA → funnels viewers back to us At the top of the comments is a permanent link to join this community. That’s how strangers → viewers → members → customers. 6. Repeat this system, and every video becomes stronger than the last. That’s the flywheel: once it starts spinning, it gets harder to stop. ✅ Your Posting Instructions (every premiere) After your video premieres, drop: 1. A pinned CTA comment with your Skool link Example: “🔥 If you’re ready to escape survival mode and rebuild your income, join [Community Name]. Inside you’ll get free prompts, AI tools, and step-by-step blueprints to launch your own YouTube income system. Join here → [link]” 2. A pinned seed engagement comment to spark replies Choose one of these each time (rotate to keep it fresh): - Pain Point Prompt:“I barely have time to breathe, let alone start a YouTube channel. How do you actually find the time?” - Debate Prompt:“Being a single mom is NOT a limitation — it’s actually your biggest advantage in building wealth. Agree or disagree?” - Action Challenge Prompt:“Describe your version of freedom in just ONE word. I’ll go first: Legacy.” 3. Reply to the first 3–5 comments - Always acknowledge, validate, and ask a follow-up question. - Example: “I hear you — time is the #1 struggle. What’s one 30-minute window you could claim this week?” ⚡ Why This Works

@Shane Harris the parts of this that involve a human element are those that bring the authenticity and distinction of my strategic process. All these details are for you, too, @Raine Quinn Phillips , since you’ve mentioned that our content mavens chat was helpful for you, too. This is a work in progress, so you’re along for the ride…pun intended 🚲 As much as I appreciate the scripts from my AI Assistant, I am a strong writer and meticulous proofreader. I would be remiss if I ignored areas when proofreading warrants that adjustments be applied and yet choose to avoid making the updates. After our chat, I explored a variety of faceless video formats. Fortunately, I am already using the AI tools to make these work. Those formats that seem most aligned with my coaching style are: 1) Over-the-shoulder takes with writing. I’ll use these to show planning, provide coaching, and for visually bringing viewers with me on the journey. 2) B-roll + text for the emotional dramatics that may accompany process walk-throughs and storytelling. 3) Canva explainer templates for listicles, making stills come alive with transitions, and how-to’s. Though these are the easiest and fastest for me to create, I’m least excited about them bc I know I’ll have to work hard to keep them from appearing flat or corporate. Basically, I used what you shared and what I generated to build 12 weeks of synchronized titles & topics for twice a week releases on YouTube, Substack, and the Skool community. I start batching tomorrow, which is in 8 minutes, so let’s go with daylight hours on Thursday 😁 And I get to do all this WITHOUT YET needing to record workout videos, face-to-camera videos, or user interviews 🙌🏾 Those will get woven in over time, however.

@Raine Quinn Phillips I’m not sure if Jeff Bezos should be credited with the concept of the flywheel. It was a concept developed and presented by Jim Collins, author of “Good To Great,” when he visited Amazon’s HQ in 2001. Collins explained “the flywheel effect” to describe why some companies build momentum and others unfortunately do not. The flywheel effect uncovers the sequential actions taken to turn a giant company around using efforts that can be repeated in order to accelerate the future outcomes. Ultimately, he concludes that if you can make things happen in less time than in previous attempts, then as you get better at each action on your flywheel, you’re winning. The book is a quick read, highly recommended. I’ve had it for about 3 years, and refer to it for high-level strategies that I need to lay out whenever a massive business idea hits me. It’s just 37 pages, and by the 3rd chapter, you’ll be able to create a flywheel of your own.
